We wanted to share some of the great updates underway in our new veggie wash area – we are upgrading to comply with some new food safety regulations and to create more space for programs and farm visitors. Really thrilled for these changes! New drains, new doors, and a larger space for washing veggies = happy farmers.
First stage: cutting the old concrete for the new drains.
Second stage: installing drains!
Third stage: drains are installed! Smoothing the newly poured concrete floor. Also starting to install the garage doors.
